Discover The Benefits of Reformer Pilates

Rooted in mindful movement, reformer Pilates is a dynamic, low-impact practice designed to nurture both the body and the mind. Our reformer machines add resistance that helps you move with greater alignment, stability, and flow.

Whether you’re just starting out or looking to take your practice to the next level, reformer Pilates offers the perfect mix of challenge and support, allowing you to move forward with purpose.

Build Core Strength
Each movement starts at the core. Reformer Pilates targets the deep stabilizing muscles that support your spine and posture, creating a strong foundation from the inside out.  A stronger core not only improves your performance in the studio, but helps to improve your balance, ease everyday movements, and prevent injuries long term. Our intentionally small classes allow our trainers to focus on your unique needs, building a foundation that supports you in and out of the studio.

Improve Flexibility and Mobility

Unlike static stretching and traditional workouts, Reformer Pilates uses guided resistance and controlled movement to help you lengthen muscles while building control.  The result is increased range of motion in your joints, improved muscular endurance, and more fluid movement overall.  Over time, this combination helps to reduce pain and prevent stiffness, helping you feel your best every day.

Mind-Body Connection
Reformer Pilates encourages presence and intention. With a focus on breathwork and mindful movement, each session becomes an opportunity to reset, reducing your stress and cultivating a deeper awareness of your body.  This mindful approach empowers you to show up in your everyday life with more clarity, calmness, and confidence, and allows you to reconnect with your body in a meaningful way.
